How does activation via the in-game Activator (/aktivator) work?
When buying, you choose your game nickname and an activation password. No complicated code: once approved, join the server under your chosen name, type /aktivator in chat and enter your password. Everything is set up automatically and you never have to type anything into the console.
Steam players: on first activation, VIP is automatically locked and paired to your Steam account (SteamID). You never need the password again and perks load automatically, as long as you use the same nick as during activation.
Non-Steam players: VIP is tied to your nickname and password, which the activator sets automatically. No console needed. If you reinstall the game, play on another PC or VIP is not active, join with your nick and enter your password again in /aktivator.
How quickly is VIP activated after payment?
Automatically, within a few seconds. The system stores your VIP and reloads the game servers. With Steam just connect, without Steam use /aktivator in chat.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every VIP is a one-time payment and nothing is ever charged again.
What does GLOBAL include?
Perks on all 4 servers of the network (CS:GO Mod, Zombie Special, Furien Ninja and JailBreak) plus Web VIP on the portal. Activate once and you have the perks everywhere under your SteamID or nick.
What if I change my nickname later?
VIP is permanent. It is tied to the nickname you chose at activation, so play under that name. Want a new one? Write to #vip-ticket on our Discord and we will move your VIP to the new nick for free.
How does the reserved VIP slot work?
Servers keep a hidden reserved slot. When a server is full (31/32 or 32/32), connect from the game console with connect 85.13.107.15:port and the server lets you in right away.
Problem with activation or payment?
Our admins are on Discord in #podpora, or e-mail support@defusezone.pro. We will check your VIP, activate it manually or sort out the payment.
