Terms & Conditions

1.Seller

1. These terms govern the purchase of VIP memberships on DefuseZone.pro. The seller is Ondřej Grycz, a self-employed individual registered in the Czech Trade Register, Company ID (IČO) 30130069, seat Havířov, Czech Republic. Contact: support@defusezone.pro.
2. The seller is not a VAT payer.
3. The buyer is the person who places an order on the website. A buyer acting outside their business is a consumer and enjoys the rights granted to consumers by Czech law.

2.How the contract is made

1. The VIP page describes each package, its perks and its final price. This is a proposal to conclude a contract.
2. The contract is concluded when the payment is successfully completed. The seller then sends a confirmation to the buyer’s e-mail, including the package, price, activation details and confirmation of the buyer’s consent to immediate delivery.
3. The buyer is responsible for entering a correct SteamID, nickname or web username. If a mistake is made, the seller will move the VIP free of charge on request.
4. The contract is concluded in Czech or English. The seller keeps a record of each order in electronic form.

3.Price and payment

1. All prices are final and stated in Czech crowns (CZK). No fees are added.
2. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Accepted methods are payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details go directly to Stripe and the seller never has access to them.
3. The price is paid once. VIP is not a subscription and is never charged again.

4.Delivery of VIP

1. VIP is digital content delivered online. It is activated automatically right after the payment gateway confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
2. Steam players receive VIP on their SteamID. Non-Steam players activate VIP in game with the /aktivator command and the password chosen during purchase.
3. If automatic activation fails for technical reasons, the seller activates VIP manually without undue delay, no later than 24 hours after being notified.

5.Right of withdrawal

1. A consumer can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content this right does not apply if delivery started with the consumer’s express consent before the period ended and the consumer acknowledged losing the right (Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code).
2. Before paying, the buyer ticks a box asking for immediate delivery and acknowledging the loss of the withdrawal right. Once VIP is activated, the buyer can no longer withdraw without giving a reason.
3. This does not affect the buyer’s rights in case VIP does not work (Article 6).

In short: once VIP is active, you cannot ask for your money back just because you changed your mind. If it does not work, you are fully covered by Article 6.

6.Complaints

1. If VIP does not work as described, the buyer may file a complaint by e-mail at support@defusezone.pro or through a ticket on our Discord. Please include your SteamID or nickname and the payment date.
2. The seller will fix the defect without undue delay. If it cannot be fixed, or is not fixed within a reasonable time, the buyer is entitled to a fair discount or to withdraw from the contract and get the full price back.
3. The seller decides on a complaint within 30 days of receiving it and confirms the outcome to the buyer in writing.

7.How long VIP lasts

1. VIP is permanent: it is valid for as long as the relevant server of the DefuseZone.pro network is running. There is no time limit and no renewal.
2. If the seller decides to shut down a server, the seller announces it on the website and Discord at least 30 days in advance and offers a free transfer of VIP to another server of the network.
3. A change of nickname or SteamID is not a reason for VIP to expire. The seller moves VIP free of charge on request.

8.Server rules

1. VIP gives in-game perks, but does not exempt the player from the server and community rules.
2. Using cheats (aimbot, wallhack, speedhack, forbidden scripts) or seriously damaging the server may lead to a permanent ban. In that case VIP ends, as the ban is a breach of the contract by the buyer, and the price is not refunded.

9.Personal data

1. To fulfil the contract the seller processes the buyer’s e-mail, SteamID or nickname and payment records. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

10.Disputes

1. The buyer may first contact the seller at support@defusezone.pro. If a dispute cannot be resolved, a consumer may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz, which handles out-of-court consumer disputes.
2. These terms are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

11.Final provisions

1. These terms take effect on 13 October 2026.
2. The seller may update these terms. A purchase is always governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
