[TEMPLATE] How to properly submit an UNBAN Request (Rules & Guide)

1. IMPORTANT RULES FOR APPLICANTS

• Politeness & Clarity: Write your request politely and without toxicity. Rude, abusive, or nonsensical requests will be locked and rejected immediately.
• 14-Day Deadline: You must submit your Unban request within 14 days of receiving the ban. This is the official timeframe for server administrators to retain demo recordings. After 14 days, the ban is permanently finalized and an unban can only be obtained via VIP Unban.
• No Spamming: Please remain patient and wait for the banning admin and Server Admin / Head Admin verdict. Do not spam admins in private messages or on discord.

3. TEMPLATE FORM TO FILL OUT
Copy and fill in the following 4 points in your request:

1. Console Ban Information:
(Copy and paste the text displayed in your game console - key ~ upon joining the server)

2. Description of the situation:
(Briefly explain what happened, on which map, and why you believe the ban is incorrect)

3. Do you own VIP / SVIP on the server?
(YES / NO - specify on which server)

4. Demo Recording / In-game Screenshots:
(Attach in-game screenshots taken during the ban or the demo recording - see guide below)

5. WHERE TO FIND SCREENSHOTS & DEMOS IN YOUR PC?
If an administrator took in-game screenshots or your client recorded a POV demo, you can find them in your game directory:

• Steam version of CS 1.6:

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\cstrike\de_dust20000.bmp

• Non-Steam version: C:\Program Files\Counter-Strike 1.6\cstrike\de_dust20000.bmp
• POV Demo file: cstrike/DefuseZone_<ServerName>.dem

6. VERDICT & REVIEW PROCESS

1. The banning administrator is required to provide the demo recording with clear timestamps within 24-48 hours.
2. The recording will be objectively reviewed by the Server Administrator of the respective server and Head Admins.
3. A final verdict will be issued (UNBAN GRANTED / REQUEST REJECTED) and the topic will be locked.
