Official code of conduct and section expression guidelines for all users of the DefuseZone.pro gaming portal.


1. GENERAL COMMUNITY FORUM RULES
  • Respect & Decency: Insulting other players, provoking drama, vulgar language, or promoting hatred is strictly prohibited.
  • No Spamming & Text Flooding: Do not post consecutive replies (use the Edit feature), do not duplicate topics, and avoid nonsense flooding.
  • No Advertising: Promoting external gaming servers, services, or unauthorized sales results in an immediate permanent ban.
  • Proper Section & Descriptive Titles: Always place topics in the appropriate section with a clear and meaningful title.
  • Respect Management Decisions: Decisions made by Head Administrators and Portal Management are final.
2. SECTION EXPRESSION GUIDELINES
To maintain clear and structured discussions, specific participation rules apply to distinct forum sections:

🎮 Public Discussions & Assistance
  • Game Help & Guides ► Open to all registered members
  • Server Improvement Suggestions ► Open to all registered members
  • VIP Questions & Help ► Open to all registered members
  • General Off-Topic Lounge ► Open to all registered members


🛡️ Staff Recruitment (CS 1.6)
Only the following persons are permitted to comment on recruitment applications:

  • The Applicant applying for admin privileges.
  • CS Server Admins active on the respective server.
  • Head Administrators.
  • Portal Management & Owners.

Comments from uninvolved players will be removed and penalized.


⚖️ Cheater & Rule Violation Reports
Only directly involved parties may reply to violation reports:

  • The Author who submitted the report.
  • Players providing direct supplementary evidence (demos / screenshots).
  • Server Admins & Head Admins investigating the report.
  • Portal Management.


🔓 Game Unban Appeals
Only authorized participants may reply to unban requests:

  • The Banned Player requesting an unban.
  • The Admin who issued the ban.
  • Admins / Direct Witnesses who were present during the incident on the server.
  • Head Administrators & Portal Management (reviewing demo and issuing final verdict).


⚠️ Staff Complaints
Flaming is strictly forbidden. Only the following may comment:

  • The Complainant filing the report.
  • The Administrator against whom the complaint is filed.
  • Direct witnesses verified to have been present during the event.
  • Head Administrators & Portal Management (objectively investigating and resolving the issue).
