[TEMPLATE] Staff Application Requirements & Form

1. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS
Every candidate must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• 🎮 Original CS 1.6 on Steam: You must own a legitimate copy of Counter-Strike 1.6 on Steam with a public profile.
• 🎂 Minimum Age 15+: We expect emotional maturity and the ability to handle conflict calmly. Age exceptions are not granted.
• 🎙️ Working Microphone & Discord: Clear voice communication and an active presence on our official DefuseZone Discord server.
• ⏱️ Minimum In-Game Hours on the Target Server:
  
  

  • CS:GO Mod #1: at least 20+ hours played
  • Zombie Plague Special: at least 25+ hours played
• ⚖️ Clean Track Record: Zero active or past bans for cheating on DefuseZone or other recognized gaming communities.
• 💬 Respectful Chat History: Clean communication history free of toxicity, racism, severe insults, or griefing.
• 🔍 Rule Comprehension & Anti-Cheat Awareness: Comprehensive knowledge of server rules and the ability to detect standard cheats (Aimbot, Wallhack, SGS, FlatCheat).
• 🛡️ Probationary Period: All newly approved administrators undergo a 14 to 21-day trial period (Trial Admin).

3. TEMPLATE FORM TO FILL OUT
Copy and truthfully fill out the following form in your application:

1. In-Game Nick:

3. Age and Date of Birth:
(e.g. 17 years old, 14.05.2009)

4. Server you are applying for:

5. Hours played on the server / CS 1.6 total:
(Specify hours based on server stats or Steam playtime)

6. Previous administration experience:
(YES / NO - describe past experience, AMX Mod X commands, etc.)

7. Can you reliably identify cheats and work with Spectate ESP / demos?
(YES / NO - list cheats you can accurately detect)

8. Your Discord Username:

9. Why should you be accepted and how can you contribute to our server?

4. EVALUATION PROCESS

• Current Game Admins may express feedback in the format: YES / NO + constructive reason.
• The final decision rests with the respective Server Administrator, who will either invite the applicant for a Discord interview (ACCEPTED FOR INTERVIEW) or DECLINE with stated reasons.
• In case of rejection, candidate may reapply after 3 weeks.
