1. STAFF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • 👑 Portal Leadership & Project Owners (Owner / Co-Owner):

    • Direct overall project strategy, server infrastructure, finances, and web technology.
    • Hold final executive authority on all administrative and technical decisions.
    • Authorize promotions to executive roles and major gamemode updates.
  • ⭐ Head Administrator (Head Admin):

    • Supervises overall discipline, activity, and standards across the entire CS 1.6 admin team.
    • Oversees Server Admins, reviews disputed unban appeals, and evaluates staff complaints.
    • Manages permissions, database access, and the central ban system.
  • 🛡️ Server Administrator (Server Admin - SA):

    • Dedicated head and quality supervisor of a specific game server (e.g. CS:GO Mod #1 or Zombie Special).
    • Conducts interviews with applicants, accepts/rejects admin applications for their server.
    • Mentors game admins and recommends server improvements.
  • 🎮 Game Administrator (CS Server Admin):

    • Ensures a clean, fun, and rule-compliant gaming environment in-game.
    • Penalizes griefers, toxic players, and immediately eliminates cheaters.
    • Analyzes demo recordings and participates in unban evaluations.
    • Open to all dedicated community members who meet recruitment criteria and pass the interview.
