[TEMPLATE] How to properly submit an UN-MUTE / UN-GAG Request (Rules & Guide)

• 💬 Chat Gag: Blocks text chat communication (say, say_team). Issued for insults, spam, toxicity, or advertising.
• 🎙️ Voice Mute: Blocks microphone communication (+voicerecord). Issued for voice spam, loud noises, or microphone abuse.
• 🔕 Total Silence: Complete communication block – mutes both text chat and voice microphone simultaneously.

1. Your In-Game Nick & SteamID:
(e.g. ShadowHunter - STEAM_0:1:12345678)

2. Server where the penalty was issued:
(e.g. CS:GO Mod #1 / Zombie Plague Special)

3. Punishment Type (Gag / Voice Mute / Silence) & Duration:
(e.g. Voice Mute for 1 day / Chat Gag for 60 minutes)

4. Admin who issued the penalty:
(Administrator nickname from banlist or in-game)

5. Description of the situation & your statement:
(Explain honestly what happened, why you acted that way, and why your penalty should be removed)

• Administrator Review: The request will be reviewed by the Server Administrator of the respective server in cooperation with the punishing admin.
• Honesty is valued: If it was a momentary lapse in judgement and the player provides a sincere apology, the Server Admin may shorten or lift the penalty with a warning.
• Repeat offenders: Chronic troublemakers and players with a long history of toxicity will not receive penalty reductions.
• Evidence & Attachments: If you wish to provide chat screenshots or audio proofs, you can upload them directly into the forum via the attachment button below the editor.
